Thank you for your Official Information Act 2020 (OIA) request of 25 November in which you 
ask for any report compiled or contributed to by an Intelligence Analyst (or similar role) over 
the period 1 January 2020 to 25 November 2021 that includes the term "Critical Race 
Theory". 
The New Zealand Security Intelligence Service does not hold any report compiled by an 
Intelligence Analyst (or similar) including the term Critical Race Theory. As such, I must refuse 
your request under section 18(e) of the OIA, as the information you have requested does not 
exist.
