3. All Documents pertaining to Inquiries into PFOA
4. All Documents pertaining to Inquiries into PFTE
5. All other information that would indicate a serious stance of Prevention of Adverse effects by the
Accident Compensation Corporation pertaining to the above mentioned chemicals
ACC has no initiatives or enquiries relating to PFOA of PFTE
ACC has no inquiries or prevention initiatives relating to PFOA or PFTE. We are, therefore, refusing your
request under Section 18(e) of the Act as this information does not exist.
