Information Request – 1st and 2nd alarm fires in Christchurch 
 
I refer to your official information request dated 5 December 2021 asking for the following 
information: 
 
Can you please send me incident reports for any 1st and 2nd+ Alarm fires in Christchurch within the 
past 5 weeks. 
 
On 6 December 2021 and again on 15 December 2021, we emailed you seeking to clarify the scope 
of your request.  On 18 December, you advised that your request would be satisfied by the 
provision of a list of 1st and 2nd alarm fires in Christchurch within the past 5 weeks.  
 
In accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, I enclose the information.
