Thank you for your letter of 13 January 2022, asking for information from Labour Members of 
Parliament in relation to their local electorate offices.  
 
It is not the role of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet to collect such 
information. 
 
The Labour Party, like all political parties in New Zealand, is not subject to the Official 
Information Act (1982) as it is not a public sector department or agency.  
 
Accordingly, the information you have requested does not meet the threshold for being 
considered to be official information under the Act.
