Thank you for your email of 16 March 2022 to the Department of Corrections – Ara 
Poutama Aotearoa, requesting contact details for staff at Hawke’s Bay Regional Prison 
(HBRP). Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). 
 
You requested: 
 
my main objective here is to find the contact in the kitchen that is in charge, someone 
i can contact and have direct contact with, but it appears you only have an industry 
manager and i’d like to make contact with this person, if you can please supply their 
name, email address or phone number etc  
 
On 22 February 2022, you initially requested the names of multiple administration, health 
and kitchen staff members at HBRP. We refused this under section 9(2)(g)(ii) of the OIA (our 
ref C146789).  
 
After receiving your follow up request, we have considered this further, and I can advise 
that the Industries Manager at HBRP has agreed to provide you with his contact 
information. The Industries Manager is Adam Durham and he can be contacted via email at 
[email address].  
 
I trust the information provided is of assistance. I encourage you to raise any concerns 
about this response with Corrections. Alternatively, you are advised of your right to also
