Thank you for your email of 20 March 2022 requesting a review of the decision to withhold cost 
information from Attachment 2 Suicide Prevention Barrier Feasibility Study Report 18_19 sh1n BSN 
4232 Auckland Harbour Bridge.  
 
I apologise for the delay in providing you with a response to your email. Unfortunately, we had some 
unforeseen disruptions that meant that key staff involved in this decision were unavailable.  
 
Having reviewed our original decision to withhold the cost estimates from Attachment 2 in our 16 
March response, I can confirm that we do not consider there to be good reasons to withhold this 
information and am now releasing this to you. Please note that these high-level costs were based on a 
concept design and are expected to have changed significantly since 2019, when the study was 
carried out.  
 
Please find attached an updated copy of Attachment 2 with the redactions now removed.
