“ONE: A September 2021 Health Report (HR 20212079) released to me through the OIA
refers to a "National Health Resilience Plan" as a deliverable of the HSPP. The report can

2) HSPP Assurance Group (if it is different to the Governance Group)
3) HSPP Steering Group
I would like to request copies of their Terms of Reference
FOUR: I would like to request copies of all HSPP reports-back or progress reports
submitted to any Minister, dated since the beginning of February 2022.
FIVE: A July 2020 Health Report (HR 20200956) published on the Ministry website refers
to a "National Health Security Action Plan" as being in development during the 2020/21
period. The report can be viewed here (quote on p.8)

I would like to request a copy of the National Health Security Action Plan referred to here.”
Information requested in part two of your request is held by Auckland District Health Board
(DHB). For this reason, I have decided to transfer this part of your request to their agency under
