and statements.
I would like to refer you to the recent correspondence we sent you directly. The information you
have requested is contained in those responses and there is no additional information to provide to
you.
As previously advised, under the Education and Training Act 2020, universities are granted academic
freedom and institutional autonomy to support their teaching and research activities and neither the
TEC nor Ministers can intervene with many of the matters you have raised. Nor can we comment on
issues that have been dealt with through a judicial process.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
