I refer to your request for information dated 27 February 2022, which was received by Greater
Wel ington Regional Council (Greater Wel ington) on 28 February 2022. You have requested the
fol owing:
“I would like to request a copy of the Metlink Brand Guidelines for bus and train units, routes and
locations.”

The Metlink Brand guidelines include the brand colours for the routes as they are displayed on
physical signage and online. The bus stop locations and train stations are available on the Metlink
timetables. There are no other ‘Brand Guidelines’ other than the two provided. Our Guidelines are
updated on an ongoing basis, but these two attachments are the current versions.
If you have any concerns with the decision(s) referred to in this letter, you have the right to request
an investigation and review by the Ombudsman under section 27(3) of the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987.
