positions and responsibilities of all chartered professional engineers employed by Auckland 
Transport (AT) who contributed to the Royal Oak roundabout upgrade. 
Due to the potential harassment/threat of AT staff members, your request for information is 
withheld under section 7(2)(f)(ii) of the Local Government Official Information Act 1987 
(LGOIMA). 
Should you believe that we have not responded appropriately to your request, you are able 
to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of 
the LGOIMA Act, and seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
