Thank you for your email of 15 March 2022 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment
(the Ministry) requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, the following information:
Please supply me with a CSV table of all rental bond data covering the time period 1
January 2017 to the current date, where:
1. Each row represents one bond / property rented.
2. The SAU location ID is any of the fol owing (IE. ok to exclude all other locations):
- 208800 (Flaxmere West)
- 209000 (Lochain Park)
- 209100 (Flaxmere Park)
- 209200 (Flaxmere South)
- 224900 (Wembley Park)
- 225100 (Whanganui East-Williams Domain)
- 235600 (Playford Park)
- 239100 (Titahi Bay North)
- 240200 (Postgate)
- 220100 (Stratford North)
- 220300 (Stratford Central)
- 220400 (Stratford South)
3. The columns are:
- The SAU location ID
- The type of property (house, flat etc)
- The number of bedrooms in the property.
- The date the bond was lodged (or the month or the quarter that it was lodged in, any
of these would be ok).
- The rent price per week of the property the bond was lodged for.
Please find enclosed a copy of the data you have requested, which has been provided in a CSV table.
Please note the data is based on bonds that have a tenancy start date between 1 January 2017 and
end of February 2022, to align with the Tenancy Services website data, rather than the bond
lodgement date.
The data is also based on information provided at the time of bond lodgement or any updated
information provided to the Ministry. NULL indicates that no data has been provided to the Ministry
for that category.
