    The Toyota was involved in a pursuit earlier on. The pursuit was abandoned and the Toyota was 
being followed by police units, with no lights or sirens going road speed.   
As it has approached the WAIRERE DRIVE/HUKANUI ROAD ROUNDABOUT, it has tried to fit 
between two stationary cars at speed, it has clipped the right rear end of the Mitsubishi and fled the 
scene.
