of appointment. Pay rate per meeting. Also the full meeting minutes for this panel

The SFF Futures Investment Advisory Panel (IAP) provides advice on funding proposals and
active projects.
The IAP is an independent group made up of 6 members.
The IAP members
are appointed by the Minister of Agriculture for a three-year term of office. They can be
reappointed for a second three-year term of office. The current terms of appointment are:
• Mathew Hocken, Alistair Scarfe, Andrew Elliot: 1 November 2021 – 31 October 2024
• Lucy Griffiths, Anne-Marie Broughton: 1 October 2019 – 30 September 2022
• Zoe Attwood: 1 August 2018 – 31 July 2024
The Investment Advisory Panel board member fees are in line with the cabinet fees

There have been 22 meetings for the Investment Advisory Panel between Jan 2020 and Jan
2022. However, these meeting minutes are withheld in full pursuant section 9(2)(g)(i) of the
OIA to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through the free and frank expression
of opinions by or between or to Ministers of the Crown or members of an organisation or
officers and employees of any public service agency or organisation in the course of t heir
duty.

Please note SFF Futures replaced the Primary Growth Partnership (PGP) and the Sustainable
Farming Fund (SFF). These are now closed for applications. MPI will continue to support current
projects and programmes under previous applications until their completion. You can find more
