I request a copy of the Daily High Court list for 28/3/2022 
In response to your request, the information you have requested forms part of the court record. Courts 
are excluded from the scope of the OIA under sections 2(6)(a) and (b). This information is not held by the 
Ministry of Justice. We have no grounds for believing that the information is held by another department, 
interdepartmental venture, Minister of the Crown, organisation or local authority subject to the official 
information legislation. Therefore, this part of your request is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the OIA.
