We refer to your official information request dated 26 April 2022 for the following: 
Please supply the annual Councillor attendance records for Council briefings for each of the 
following years ended 30 June:  2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. 
 
The attendance records for Council Briefings that occurred between November 2013 and May 
2016 are attached. 
 
Council Briefings were referred to previously as ‘Workshops’.  From 2017, attendance at 
Council Workshops was reported in Hutt City Council’s Annual Reports.  Annual Reports are 
publicly available on Hut City Council’s website at the following link, under the tab for 
‘Previous Annual Reports’: www.huttcity.govt.nz/council/annual-plans-and-
publications/annual-reports.  I refer you specifically to the following pages:
