Information Request –Local Area Committee Minutes  
 
I refer to your official information request dated 10 May 2022 asking for a copy of all the Fire and 
Emergency Local Advisory Committees (“LACs”) minutes of meetings since February 2021.  
 
We will be updating the Fire and Emergency website and publishing all of the LAC minutes of 
meetings that have occurred since February 2021. As such, we have made a decision to decline 
your request for a copy of all the minutes of meetings since February 2021 under section 18(d) of 
the Official Information Act 1982, as the information requested will soon be publicly available on 
the Fire and Emergency website.  
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this decision.
