I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request of 14 May 2022 to the Hon Andrew 
Little, which was transferred to the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) for 
reply on 13 June 2022. 
You have requested the following information: 
“All intelligence reports, cables and information the NZSIS has on the circumstances 
surrounding Johnathon Fitzgerald Kennedy's assassination on 22 November 1963.” 
The NZSIS can find no information about the circumstances surrounding John Fitzgerald 
Kennedy’s assassination and your request therefore falls under section 18(e) of the OIA (the 
documents requested do not exist or, despite reasonable efforts to locate them, cannot be 
found).
