We write in response to your email dated 23 May 2022 in which you requested the following

We are processing your request. However, the information you requested is relatively large
in scope and will require significant council resource to complete. We have completed an
initial search of our email records and identified approximately 1,100 documents potentially
relevant to your request. These will need to be reviewed against the scope of your request
and assessed for release. This will take significant staff time, and we will need to charge for
this. The indicative charge is $1,444 based on 19 chargeable hours. Any unused
component of the charge would be refunded to you.
Before we proceed further with your request, please confirm your agreement to meet the
