Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
1. Years in which Dr Christopher Kenedi held a contract with the ACC  
2. Years in which Dr Christopher Kenedi was active within the ACC 
3. Is Dr Christopher Kenedi still Contracted to the ACC and in what capacity 
 
Dr Kenedi has not been contracted by ACC 
Therefore, your request for information relating to contract held is refused under section 18(e) of the Act, 
as the information does not exist.  
 
However, Dr Kenedi has been engaged by ACC as a vendor and a named provider under several non-
contracted arrangements since 2015.
