With reference to Discloser dated 07 April 2020 regarding ACC Initiated Complaint to Medical 
Council of Non Named non-accredited Vendor 
 
1/ Please disclose the identity of the company of the non-accredited Vendor ACC refers to in their 
reply 
 
The Psychiatrist referred to in our response of April 2020, is registered with ACC under their name not 
under a company name 
As such, we are refusing to provide the information requested to protect the psychiatrist’s privacy. This 
decision has been made under section 9(2)(a) of the Act. In doing so, we have considered the public 
interest in making the information available and have determined that it does not outweigh the need to 
protect the privacy of this person.
