Extension of time to respond to request made under the Official Information Act 1982 
 
Thank you for your email of 3 August 2022 requesting the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
[…] 15 minutes count data (with Light & Heavy split if available) for stations 01N19424 and 
01N29424 covering the SB and NB flows on the AHB. If there are any caveats on the use of this 
data please provide this. 
 
[…] details of any closures / restrictions and movable barrier positions and times for the same 
period. 
 
This letter is to advise that Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is extending the 20 working days 
available to us to respond to your request, as allowed for under section 15A of the Act. We are 
extending your request as the consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are such 
that a proper response cannot be made within the original 20-working-day time limit. We need a 
further 9 working days and will respond to your request on or before 13 September 2022. 
 
Under section 28 of the Act, you have the right to complain to the Ombudsman about the extension.
