Thank you for your email of 5 August 2022 and 1 September 2022 requesting information relating 
to board appointments. 
 
As you have requested similar information, we are combining your requests of 5 August 2022 
(OIA22-0661) and 1 September 2022 (OIA22-0707) into one response.  
 
The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) wil  not be able to respond within the timeframe set out in 
the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), pursuant to section 15A(1)(b), as consultations necessary 
to make  a decision on your requests are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made 
within the normal 20 working day time limit. 
 
MPI wil  reply to your requests by no later than 30 September 2022, earlier if possible.
