Thank  you  for  your  email  of  28  September  2022  to  Oranga  Tamariki—Ministry  for 
Children  (Oranga  Tamariki),  requesting  the  fol owing  information  under  the  Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
  Of  the  1,937  children  that  have  been  vaccinated  how  many  of  them  have 
passed away any time since their shots. 
 
This letter notifies you we have reviewed the relevant data and wil  be responding to 
your request. However, as the data is operational we need to take additional steps to 
have  confidence  we  have  not  missed  anything.  I  anticipate  we  wil   provide  your 
response by Thursday 10 December 2022, and wil  work to do so earlier if possible.
