• The data was collated as of 31 August 2022.
• The data is based on the date the application was received in our Christchurch office.
• In some instances, applications may have been received in Christchurch, however, were
sent to Wellington to be digitised due to Covid-19 protocols and capacity.
• Applications within our system can be picked up by any citizenship trained Life and
Identity Services Officer at any of our offices.
• As the data is extracted from a dynamic system, there may be small variances when
compared with prior or future datasets.
As this information may be of interest to other members of the public, the Department has
decided to proactively release a copy of this response on the DIA website. All requestor data,
