*If volunteers are trained through an external provider, units 43, 6916, 6917, 17763 and 17766 can
be issued by that provider.
** All individual courses receive a certificate of completion. This course was awarded through St
Johns. Fire and Emergency changed providers to Red Cross in June 2022. Medical courses are now
trained through Red Cross and unit standards are awarded by them.
