INFORMATION REQUEST – Contracts held by Bay Venues Ltd, Airport, Marine Precinct
and facilities.
We write in response to your refined request dated 13 October 2022 in which you requested
contracts for:
- Bay Venues Limited
- Tauranga Airport
- Marine & Boating Facilities
We considered your request in accordance with the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (“LGOIMA”).
We asked you to confirm your agreement to meet a charge for your request, or to reconsider
its scope by 2 November 2022.  We have not received a response from you.
As we have not received a response from you, we have cancelled your request.
Please let us know if you change your mind.
