I request the Public Safety Network’s (PSN) Implementation Business Case 
(ImBC) that was recently submitted to Cabinet by Next Generation Critical 
Communications (NGCC) and subsequently approved. 
 
Your request is refused pursuant to section 18(d) of the OIA, as the information you 
requested wil  soon be publicly available on Police’s website. Police wil  provide you a link 
to the document once it is available.
