would be great.

We are happy to provide you with the contact details of Traffic Management providers
as we did last year and also talk you through the process of what needs to be done to
ensure the march is safe and successful.  We aren’t in a position to assist with any
funding – as you can appreciate, we have many of these marches every year and our
budgets are allocated on the basis of work that is required to be done on our roads.

, writing on behalf of School Strike 4 Climate Wellington.
 
We are looking to hold an intergenerational climate strike on September 16th. The march
will follow the typical route - between Te Ngākau Civic Square and Parliament Grounds
through Willis Street and Lambton Quay.
 
Due to the nature of the strike, we are in need of some type of traffic management. In
past strikes, this has been something that we were very grateful to have council's support
in. Would this be something the council is interested in helping with again?
