Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
I am looking for the owner of a company that is/was under the name of “Izacs #1 Ltd” 
“Izacs Number One Ltd” “Izacs No.1 Ltd”. 
I need to get into contact with the owners so a phone number would be great if you can source 
this information. 
 
A search of the New Zealand Companies Register indicates that there is a registered company by the name 
I ZACS I LIMITED (1581430) (the company). The company was incorporated on 26 November 2004 with a 
director listed as Trevor Neil Smith residing at 196 Gleeson Road, RD 3, Waiuku 2683, NZ. Further 
information about this company can be found on the Companies Register at: New Zealand Companies 
Register (companiesoffice.govt.nz). 
 
The company has opted not to make their phone number publicly viewable on the Companies Register, 
therefore this part of your request is refused under section 18(a) of the Act, by virtue of section 9(2)(a) to 
protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons. 
 
In terms of section 9(1) of the Act, I am satisfied that, in the circumstances, the refusal of this information 
is not outweighed by other considerations that render it desirable to make the information available in
