following information:  
 
1.  Please provide all documents regarding Covid-19 vaccination programmes intended 
for 2023 for: 
6 month to 5 year olds 
5 year to 12 year olds 
12 year olds to 18 year olds 
 
Your request has been considered under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act).  
 
We have determined that the information you have requested is not held by the Ministry of 
Education and is more closely connected to the functions of Te Whatu Ora.  
 
In this circumstance we would ordinarily transfer your request to Te Whatu Ora for a 
response, in accordance with section(s) 14(b)(i) and 14(b)(i ) of the Act. However, we 
understand you also made an identical request to the Te Whatu Ora which is in progress.  
 
You can therefore expect to receive a response from Te Whatu Ora directly. 
 
Please note, the Ministry now proactively publishes OIA responses on our website. As such, 
we may publish this response on our website after five working days. Your name and contact 
details wil  be removed.
