Thank you for your OIA requests to the Department of Internal Affairs (Department) which 
involve correspondence between the Department and the Disinformation Assessment and 
Response Team (DART), as well as correspondence and the relationship between the 
Department and the London Institute for Strategic dialogue (ISD).   
We are extending the deadline for responding to two of your OIA requests (OIA2223-0345 
and OIA2223-0346) by 15 working days to 19 December 2022 under section 15A(1)(b) of the 
OIA.  
We are also extending the deadline for responding to your third OIA request (OIA2223-
0357) by 3 days to 6 December 2022 under section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA. 
These extensions are required because consultations necessary to make a decision on this 
request are such that a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within 
the original time limit. These consultations include external parties and subject matter 
experts within the Department. 
If you are dissatisfied with the Department’s decision on your request for information, you 
have the right, under section 28 of the OIA, to make a complaint to the Office of the
