INFORMATION REQUEST – Anne Tolley Emails
We  write  in  response  to  your  email  dated  3  November  2022  in  which  you  requested  the
following information:
 I  kindly  requests  any  and  all  emails  from  comissioner  Anne  Tolley  including
any/all  words  to  private  email  addresses  (e.g  gmail.com,  hotmail.com,
kinect.co.nz)  which  include  such  words  (they  may  be  regarded  as  abusive  or
hate  speech)  which  have  been  reportedly  received  from  ratepayers  sending
messages to chairman Anne Tolley during happy hour:

If you have evidence of inappropriate communications from Commissioner Tolley or any
other Tauranga City Council staff please provide them to the Chief Executive Marty Grenfell
so they can be managed via our formal complaint process.
