Your Official Information Act 1982 request, reference OIA 22/23-0493 
Thank you for your email of 2 January 2023 requesting the following under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
1.  All of the settings in your system (eg screenshots of the settings saved in a word 
document)  
2.  INCLUDING the users and keywords flagged in your system (eg in an excel 
spreadsheet)  
3.  The guidelines and objective documents used to complete the initial set up this 
Takedown Portal. 
4.  This request is for all of 2022 1 Jan - 31 Dec 2022. 
For all new requests under the Act that concern digital safety, we require evidence of 
eligibility. Under section 12(1) of the Act, to be eligible to request information under the Act, 
you must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident; or a person in New Zealand. 
In that context, we would appreciate if you could confirm your eligibility under the Act by 
providing a copy of a New Zealand identity document (such as a passport or driver’s licence) 
or by providing evidence that you are a person in New Zealand (such as a utility bill that 
shows your current name).

could confirm your eligibility under the Act by Friday, 20 January 2023.
