Thank you for your follow up request to Manatū Hauora (the Ministry of Health) on 9 March 
2023 regarding your previous request for official information (H2023019972 refers). You 
asked: 
“Can I please request some additional information in excel format, assume this should be 
easy to produce. Date of vaccination(s), Date of positive Covid test, Date of death 
Can you also do a transfer to the other agency requesting the influenza numbers I have 
asked for.” 
As of 6 March 2023, parts of the Intelligence, Surveillance and Knowledge team from the 
Manatū Hauora Public Health Agency directorate transferred over to Te Whatu Ora (Health New 
Zealand). As the requested information is now more closely connected with the functions of Te 
Whatu Ora, I have decided to transfer your request in full to them under section 14(b)(ii) of the 
Act. You can expect a response from Te Whatu Ora in due course.
