Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 OIA of 10 February 2023, in which you
requested:
•
the name of all members of the Awards Advisory Committee (AAC); and
•
how many nominations the AAC has received each year from 2018 to 2022 and
how many AAC agreed to put forward and makes a recommendation to the
Commissioner.
The names of al members of the AAC are:

Please note these are the names of the members of AAC throughout 2022, which is the
timeframe relevant to the 31 December 2022 New Year Honours announcement referred
to in your initial request (IR-01-23-419).
You have also requested the number of nominations received by AAC each year and how
many nominations the AAC recommends to the Commissioner each year from 2018 to
2022. We have interpreted your request as relating to New Year Royal Honours only, so
have not included information about New Year Queens Birthday Honours, or other
awards the AAC receives nominations for, or for which the AAC makes recommendations
to the Commissioner.
This part of your request is refused under s18(f) of the OIA that the information requested
cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.
