I refer to your request received on 24 February 2023, which has been considered
under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA), for the following information:
“How many people are on your database and do you have a particular team
managing this database, if so, please provide the org chart for this team. How do
you source people to this database and when was its last update?”
The appointments database is an iterative database, currently containing 1,833
candidate records. It is continuously updated with information provided by nominees
who have completed an expression of interest form (link below), or from those who
have been nominated and considered for appointment in the past.
The database is managed by the Sector Performance Team - Te Pae Mātai in the
Policy and Sector Performance Group - Te Aka. An organisation chart is included
below:
