“… the minutes of all Board meetings held between and including December 2022
and March 2023”.
Please find attached a copy of the December 2022 EPA Board and Ngā Kaihautū Tikanga
Taiao (NKTT) meeting. There was no Board and NKTT meeting in January 2023, the
minutes of the February 2023 Board and NKTT meeting have not yet been finalised, and the
March 2023 Board and NKTT meeting has not been held yet.
Some of the information you have requested has been redacted under section 9(2)(g)(i) of
the Of icial Information Act 1982 (OIA) to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs
through the free and frank expression of opinions, and some has been redacted under
section 9(2)(a) of the OIA to protect a person or persons’ privacy. Redacting this information
is not outweighed by other considerations that would make it desirable in the public interest
to make this information available.
