We write further to our email of 31 March 2023 acknowledging receipt of your OIA request of 24 
March 2023 seeking the following information (if held by CIAL) in relation to VHF frequencies.

We have answered your request in this letter and for completeness we set out your request as 
follows: 
I’m wondering if you could provide all VHF frequencies both RT and TX using in canterbury 
along with CTC tones so I can update our scanner database.

CIAL has set out below the requested information where it is able to. However, you will note 
within  this  letter  that  it  is  occasionally  unable  to  release  requested  information  if  it  would 
prejudice or disadvantage CIAL’s security activities.
