Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to Kāinga Ora – 
Homes and Communities, dated 27 March 2023, for the following information: 
 
‘ The catering spend by development managers in Auckland in the past 6 months.” 
 
Development managers as a cohort do not have catering for events charged to them.  
 
By way of context, catering is charged at a team/business unit level, or against a project. 
There wil  also be instances where development managers attend workshops or other ad 
hoc events from time to time, such as blessings, which may have catering.  
 
Therefore the information requested is refused under section 18(e) of the Act, as the 
information requested does not exist.  
 
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to seek an investigation and review by the
