considered under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the Act). Please see outlined below a
response to each part of your request:

following columns (listed below):
A) For ALL non-clinical positions advertised OR fil ed since JANUARY 1 2023.
AND / OR:
B) For ALL non-clinical positions featured in the Te Whatu Ora Organisational Structure,
advertised or otherwise, fil ed or vacant, realised or planned.
WHERE:
C) Any amount greater than $ 99,000 falls anywhere within the salary banding.

Your request is refused under section 18(f) of the Act, as the information requested cannot be
made available without substantial collation or research. You were contacted on 6 April 2023 for
clarification and refinement of your request, to which no response was received. Due to the
substantial amount of collation required without refinement, your request has been refused.
We have considered whether fixing a charge for the supply of the information or extending the
timeframe for response would have alleviated the burden of responding to your request, but have
determined that neither option would have made a significant difference.
