Thank you for your email of 31 March 2023 to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), 
making a request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act). You requested the following 
information: 
 
Regarding the information on diversity reporting to the GM of investment, what proportion of the 
female staff included in the direct reports noted are support (PAs or EAs) or analysts? 
 
Answers to your questions are as follows: 
 
1.  In the direct reports, one female staff member is support. This role is an Executive 
Assistant.
