under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):   
  
Please supply all information relating to the proposed redevelopment at 28 Irirangi  
Road and 9,11-13 St Oswalds Road, Greenlane, Auckland.   
 
Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities are only looking at the feasibility of a redevelopment 
at this site and what sort of configuration of new homes may be feasible at this location. No 
decisions have been made on a redevelopment proceeding. 
 
One document is within scope of your request. This has been attached for you. Please note 
some information is being withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the Act in order to protect the 
identities of current Kāinga Ora customers. Other information has been withheld due to it 
being out of scope. 
 
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this response.
