Caveats
• The data was collated as of 28 April 2023.
• Bucket reasons
under the Official Information Act 1982
o Bucket 1 – Applications from Bucket 2 that were not automatical y able to go to Buckets
3, 4, 5 or 6, and that have been pre-assessed by an administrator for completeness.
o Bucket 2 – Al applications begin in this queue and are filtered to other queues using
system logic. Applications that have not automatically able to go to Buckets 3, 4, 5 and 6
remain in this queue until they are picked up by an administrator and pre-assessed for
completeness, before then being moved to Bucket 1.
o Bucket 3 – Online applications that meet all automated checks.
o Bucket 4 – Applications assessed under the Citizenship (Western Samoa) Act 1982.
o Bucket 5 – Online applications that meet al automated checks except presence and/or
Released English. Manual assessment required.
o Bucket 6 – Applications submitted on paper that meet al automated checks.
• As the data is extracted from a dynamic system, there may be small variances when compared
with prior or future datasets.
