Thank you for your email of 6 May 2023 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE),
requesting under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following information:
“A copy of the information or resources that you provide to migrant workers holding an Accredited
Employer Work Visa to help them settle into life in New Zealand.”
Our response
It is the responsibility of the Accredited Employers to provide settlement support to their migrant
workers, however, there is supporting information available on the Immigration New Zealand website
that both the employers and the migrants can access.
