Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) to Manatū Hauora
(the Ministry of Health) on 6 June 2023 for:
“I believe there is a contractural relationship between MOH or Te Whatu Ora
and St John/Wellington Free Ambulance to provide Ambulance services. Could you please provide a list of each of the ambulance stations in NZ with their current
earthquake rating (%nbs) at IL4”
Manatū Hauora and Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand do not hold any information in scope
of your request. As such, your request is refused under section 18(g)(i) of the Act, as the
information requested is not held by the Ministry and there are no grounds for believing it is held
by another agency subject to the Act.
