Official information request for feedback on restructure options 
 
I refer to your request for information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) 
dated 7 June 2023: 
 
“Please provide copies of feedback sent (through email or other means) to Chief 
Information Officer Leanne Gibson regarding the proposed restructure options 
analysis of Digital Solutions at Victoria University.” 
 
The information you have requested is withheld for the following reasons: 
• 
to protect the privacy of natural persons (s9(2)(a)); 
• 
to protect information provided subject to an obligation of confidence and releasing 
the information may prejudice the supply of similar information in the future 
(s9(2)(ba)(ii) );and 
• 
to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs through the free and frank 
expression of opinions by or between or to members of an organisation or officers 
and employees of any public service agency or organisation in the course of their 
duty (s9(2)(g)).
