the following information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
Could you please provide data showing the number of tenancies grouped by 
length of tenancy, by local authority area? I suggest the following as a format: 
 
Columns: 
Local Authority area, 1 to 5 years, 6 to 10 years, 11 to 15 years, 16 to 20 years, 
etc e.g. Ashburton, 10 tenants, 5 tenants, etc
