Thank you for your email of 8 June 2023 to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) 
requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following: 
 
•  Could I please request all issued Immigration New Zealand Internal Administration Circulars from 
01.01.2022 to 08.06.2023 
This request was clarified on 28 June 2023 as follows: 
•  Please provide all the internal guidance provided to the immigration officers processing expressions of 
interest (EOIs) for the Parent Resident Visas since the re-opening of this category in October 2022.

Please note some information is withheld under section 9(2)(g)(i) of the Act to maintain the effective 
conduct of public affairs through the free and frank expression of opinions by the officers and employees
