This report provides the number of students enrolled in at least one course by faculty and school in the 2023 academic year.
2. Code: This is the faculty or school that is responsible for offering the course in which students are registered.
3. Faculty/school: This is the faculty and school that the courses are registered. Faculty numbers may include a small number of students
associated with research institutes at postgraduate levels.
4. Student Headcount: This refers to the total number of unique enrol ed students with one of the fol owing registration statuses: DA, DN, DS, RE,
RS, RW, ED, or AC.
5. Academic Year: This data has been provided for the 2023 academic year. The academic year encompasses the period starting from the
beginning of Trimester One and ending at the conclusion of Trimester Three. As the 2023 Academic Year is still in progress, these numbers wil be
subject to change.
Please note the fol owing additional information when analysing the data provided:
• The Faculty of Graduate Research administers and has oversight of al doctoral programmes and Master’s by thesis students. However, the
course enrolment is registered with the faculty and school providing academic supervision.
• The Language learning Centre is a unit that is part of the School of Languages and Cultures and does not have its own formal course offerings.
• As students may enrol in courses across more than one school within a faculty, or more than one faculty across the university, headcounts wil
exceed faculty and university totals.
