I refer to your request dated 4 July 2023, made under the Of icial Information Act 1982 (the 
Act), asking: 
 
I would like safety information and crash history for level crossings on the Johnsonvil e and 
Kāpiti lines. 
 
We have considered your request and have attached a table containing incidents on the 
Johnsonvil e and Kapiti lines from July 2020 to June 2023.
